You've Got Mail!
You’ve Got Mail! 24 × 36”, oil on canvas
I was inspired to paint this country side scene when I was driving around Paso Robles. The mail boxes, with their unique shape and ready to receive good news, captured my attention and right then I decided that the name for this painting had to be “You’ve Got Mail!” .
I will be displaying my paintings on October 12 & 13 from 10am to 5pm with my talented artist friend Holly Beals.

Painting: Let’s Go Hiking!, 12x12”, oil.
This piece was inspired by a hike down from Pismo Preserve on a sunny spring day. The impressionistic brushtrokes capture the beautiful and ever-changing light of this dramatic vista of Shell Beach.

I’ve been busy in my studio working on a new group of paintings that reflect the beauty of the central coast; the flower fields, the seascapes and vineyards.
This new group of paintings will be on display at the main window at Studios on the Park during the month of April 2024.
This fall the Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art will again host our ever-popular, favorite art exhibition and creative fundraiser: 5x5 - which features hundreds of small 5 inch square works by regional, national, and international artists. Artists were invited to create a unique work of art on a square of Rives BFK paper which they received and returned to us in the U.S. Mail. Returned works will be auctioned to raise support for arts programming at the Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art.
Check back on Thursday, November 30th to see all the works online and start bidding!
Auction will close promptly at 5pm PST on Friday, December 15.
